BLAIR, presently of the District of Reward, in the province of Saskatchewan, made this 26th day of January, in the year of our Lord (A.D. 2019). [Page initialed in margin: "DB" and a second set of initials] A. I HEREBY REVOKE all former Wills and Codicils, and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament. B. I HEREBY APPOINT my friend, CHRISTOPHER BIRN, of the district of Reward, Saskatchewan, as my Executor and Trustee of the trusts hereinafter created. ESTATE TO TRUSTEE I give and appoint to my trustee all my property wherever located, including any property over which I may have a general power of appointment, upon the following trusts 1. Payment of Debts To pay all my legally enforceable debts, funeral expenses and testamentary expenses incurred in connection with the administration of my estate. - 2 - 2. All the rest and residue of my Estate shall be held in trust and the income therefrom shall be applied to pay all my debts and the cost of administration. Following the payment of my debts and the related expenses of administration, the net income shall be divided equally between my two grandsons, DEXTER WILD and MAXAM WILD [handwritten: "MAXAM" struck out, corrected to "MAXIMUS", initialed], and held in trust for each of them until their respective eighteenth (18th) birthday. My Executor and Trustee shall be empowered to make advances to each of my grandsons from the monies held in trust for them for purposes of education, health and/or maintenance in the discretion of my Trustee. Upon the youngest of my said grandsons attaining the age of eighteen (18), the entire net rest and residue, including real estate, shall be transferred to them, in equal shares. 3. In the event that any of my said grandsons dies before attaining the age of eighteen (18), the funds remaining in that grandchild's trust, if any, including real estate, shall be transferred to the surviving grandchild, subject to the same trusts as his original share. If none of my said grandsons survive to the age of eighteen (18), the residue shall be divided equally among my children living at the time. - 3 - 4. Any division or distribution of my Estate specified under the provisions of this my Will, may be made by my Trustee, in specie. 5. My Trustee shall be empowered to retain, lease or otherwise deal with any real property held by my Trustee and to repair, alter, improve, add to and generally manage that property. 6. To reduce the cost of administration, I intend to place the title to the acreage I live on, into the joint names of myself and Christopher Birn. My Executor shall follow the direction in my Will with respect to the acreage which shall be treated as an asset of my Estate.
