PHOTO INDEX — site visit 2026-07-10, ~5:35-5:39 PM CST
Parcel A, Plan 102138364 (PT NW 20-38-24-W3), near Reward, SK.
All: iPhone 16 Pro, EXIF timestamps + GPS intact (~52.2822, -109.4068).
Copied unedited from Michael's phone 2026-07-13; originals also remain on
the phone. Evidence set — counsel only; Kelly not to know of the visit.

HOUSE (better news than feared — appears weathertight):
01 - House, rear/side elevation. Siding intact, METAL ROOF intact, gutters
attached. Deck weathered with clutter. Grass waist-high to the walls.
02 - House, front + attached double garage. Garage doors intact, man-door
weathered. Loose lumber on ground; foxtail overtaking the gravel pad.
10 - House gable end w/ two satellite dishes + antenna tower. Grass high.
11 - House + yard from the lane; SLOUGH WATER visible beyond the yard
(matches SAMA map: slough inside parcel).
12 - The lane between house (L) and quonset (R); slough in middle distance.
17 - Widest yard context: house, lane, the two visiting vehicles, Pernille
standing in the lane. Shows overall abandonment + overgrowth.

LITTLE RED BARN ("PATCHWORK FARM"):
03 - Barn full view: "PATCHWORK FARM" sign, windows boarded, pigeons on
ridge, shingle roof visibly failing, collapsed corrals/fencing at left,
     leaning yard-light pole.
06 - Barn roof CLOSE-UP: massive shingle loss, exposed sheathing, curled/
detached shingles across the whole visible slope. (The "pigeon
     sanctuary" building.)

QUONSET (the major structural loss):
04 - Quonset front: full-width door opening OPEN TO WEATHER (doors gone),
contents exposed (pallets, tubs, mesh, misc.). Fuel tank on stand at L.
05 - Quonset 3/4 view: gable front + curved roof, large bare/dark patches.
09 - Quonset roof close: ridge-line shingle loss, deterioration bands.
(08 is a near-duplicate frame of the same face.)
07 - Roof field close-up: widespread granule loss/bare spots + torn tabs.
08 - Roof crown close-up: heavy loss concentrated at the top curve.
14 - Quonset roof from the fence line: dark weathered crown overall.
NOTE: Michael's account (2026-07-13): "roof has failed; roughly a quarter
of the SOUTH wall is missing; water damage inside." The missing-wall face
is best seen in 04 (open front) — counsel can pair account + photos.

PERSONAL PROPERTY / CHATTELS (relevant to "lifetime of belongings" Q):
15 - Debris dump in the yard: collapsed trampoline used as a junk pile —
couch/chair cushions, mattress remnants, household debris heaped.
13 - Foxtail-choked yard toward fuel tank + quonset (context for 15/16).
16 - Rusted MASSEY-FERGUSON tractor hood/chassis in the grass + more of the
trampoline junk pile. (Estate chattels question: will mentioned a truck
+ side-by-side; here is farm equipment rotting outside.)

CROSS-REFERENCE FOR COUNSEL:
- SAMA reinspection date 27-Aug-2025 — the SAMA record photo (house in
maintained condition, grass cut) is less than a year older than these.
Official third-party baseline vs. this set = the deterioration window is
narrow and recent, mostly under Kelly's watch with the property vacant.
- SAMA Property Report: 39.98 title acres (30 cult / 3 yard / 7 slough);
  house 1188 sqft (1975) + basement + 728 sqft attached garage + 192 sqft
covered deck; total assessed $198,100 (improvements $125,400).
